Can I request a specific shape or length?
Absolutely! We offer various shapes (coffin, almond, square, stiletto, etc.) and lengths (short, medium, long, extra-long). You can select your preferred shape and length when placing your order. If you need something more customized, just let us know!
How do I measure my nails for the perfect fit?
To get the best fit, measure the widest part of each nail in millimeters using a soft measuring tape or a sizing kit if available. We highly recommend using a nail sizing kit for the most accurate results. Incorrect sizing can lead to discomfort or improper adhesion.
What if I order the wrong size?
Since each set is handmade to your measurements, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. If you're unsure, please order a sizing kit before purchasing a full set. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately—we may be able to adjust your order before production begins.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you have a specific design in mind, we can create a custom set just for you. Custom orders may take additional time and may have an added design fee depending on complexity. Feel free to contact us with inspiration photos or a description of what you’d like.

Application & Removal
How do I apply press-on nails?
Start with clean, dry nails. Push back your cuticles, buff the nail surface, and wipe with an alcohol pad. Apply nail glue for long wear or adhesive tabs for temporary wear, then press and hold each nail for 10–15 seconds for a secure fit.
Should I use nail glue or adhesive tabs?
Use nail glue for wear lasting 1-2 weeks and adhesive tabs for a short-term, damage-free option (ideal for a night out). For flexibility, you can combine both—glue on key fingers and tabs on others!
How do I safely remove the press-ons without damaging my natural nails?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water or cuticle oil for 10–15 minutes until they loosen. Gently lift the edges with a cuticle pusher—never force them off. If using glue, an acetone soak will help dissolve the adhesive safely.
Can I reshape or file my press-on nails?
Yes! Our nails are made from high-quality materials that can be filed or shaped to your preference. Use a fine-grit file and shape gently to maintain durability.
What should I do if a nail pops off?
If a nail comes off, clean the back of the nail and your natural nail surface, then reapply with glue or a new adhesive tab. Carry a small nail glue tube for quick fixes on the go!
Care & Maintenance
How should I store my press-on nails when not in use?
Keep them in a dry, cool place, preferably in the box they came in. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their shape, design, and adhesive quality.
How can I make my press-ons last longer?
For maximum wear, prep your nails properly—buff, clean, and use nail dehydrator before application. Apply a thin layer of glue, press firmly, and avoid water or oil exposure for the first few hours.
Are these nails waterproof?
Yes, but excessive water exposure (long showers, swimming, washing dishes without gloves) can weaken the adhesive. If you want long-lasting wear, keep them as dry as possible.
Can I reuse my press-on nails after removing them?
Yes! If removed carefully (using oil or warm water instead of force), they can be cleaned, stored, and reapplied using fresh adhesive tabs or glue.
Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Since each set is handmade to order, processing takes 14–21 days before shipping. Please order in advance if you need them by a specific date!
Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer rush orders due to the handmade nature of our nails. However, expedited shipping may be available at checkout for faster delivery once your order is completed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times vary based on location, and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s journey! If you don’t see an update, please allow time for the carrier to scan and process the shipment.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom handmade nature of our nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you order the correct size—consider purchasing a sizing kit first!
What if my nails arrive damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and changes cannot be made.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on custom orders. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

Yes! Our press-on nails make the perfect gift. You can either purchase a custom set or let your recipient choose their own with a gift card.
What if I don’t know the recipient’s nail size?
If you’re unsure of their size, a gift card is the best option! This allows them to select their own design and size for the perfect fit.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email and can be redeemed at checkout. They never expire and can be used for any product in our store.
